Consisting of string, piano, improvisation and chamber music programs, the IMAP includes private lessons and master classes with tri-weekly concerts in beautiful historic locations throughout Pilsen. This year we are proud to announce new additions to our outstanding faculty: Cellist, Sergei Kalyanov, of the Musical Academy in Lund, Sweden, Violinists Leos Cepicky of the Wihan String Quartet, Jiří Fišer of the Prague Conservatory and Gymnasium, Kenneth Johnston, Concertmaster of the Erie Symphony and Kirsten Yon of the Texas Tech University faculty. Outstanding alumni Michal Sedláček and Danae Witter have joined our Junior Violin Faculty.
IMAP alumni scored victories in major competitions as well as performing in dozens of major concerts around the world. Highlights include:
